Stamped E-Solutions & Electric Vehicle Parts

We are seeing many trends in the electric vehicle market for custom busbars for EV battery technologies and we’ve been able to help many start-up and long-time electric vehicle manufacturers produce these components with special powder coatings, plating, lamination, assembled hardware or multi-part assembly and other unique requirements necessary for their applications. We’ve also assisted with manufacturing complete electric vehicle battery modules for our customers using advanced automation equipment and robotics assembly lines. Another trend we see in electric vehicles that have autonomous driving capabilities are metal stamped electrical connectors for sensors and cameras installed on the exterior of the vehicle. We’re also seeing a need for lighter weight metal stampings, electrical terminals for battery enclosure applications, thin lamination metal stampings required for electric vehicle motors, electrical contacts for switch applications and press-fit pin terminal stampings and shielding components used in turbochargers for electric vehicle trucks and cars.

We also incorporate our very own vision system and sensor technology that thoroughly inspects and identifies part features and dimensions with automated camera imaging during production lines.
